Willington Pied Piper Carol Singing

It was a cold evening on December 19th when Daniel, also known as Santa Silson, toured the village in his motorised sleigh at the head of a large group of carol singers raising money for us. Many thanks to the 6 collectors, Jacki, Sarah, Erica, Brian, David and Mike who collected £541.80 during the evening from very generous residents. Santa kept everyone's voices will lubricated with hot mulled wine which was appreciated by all the singers.

At the end of the evening everyone was warmly welcomed by Vince Hislop and his team at the Crown Public House were we all enjoyed Natalie's delicious homemade mince pies.
